1. Forms Services Configuration: http://server:12345/_admin/ipfsConfig.aspx - Key settings for connections & authentication2. Manage Form Templates: http://server:12345/_admin/ManageFormTemplates.aspx - Upload, and approve a browser enabled form. - Activate to a site collection3. Manage Data Connections: http://server:12345/_admin/ManageDataConnectionFiles.aspx - Upload and web enable data connection files (.udcx) - Save and upload udcx files from step 5
Site Administration:
4. Form Templates: http://server/FormServerTemplates - This is auto populated from step 2.5. Data Connection Library: http://server/Sales%20Data%20Connections/ - Target location to publish converted web services data connections from InfoPath - Default Approval required.6. Form Library: http://server/site/Library - Set library advanced settings - enable management of content types - Specify the published & deployed form template from the ‘select from existing site content types’
Double-check your configuration/publishing from InfoPath and run the form again.
Also, be sure to check the MOSS logs at the time you run the form to catch any errors. Set your MOSS event logging to catch as much info as possible:
In the Central Admin pages the diagnostic logging event throttling I set logging to: - Category: All - Least critical event to report to the event log: Warning - Least critical event to report to the trace log: Verbose - Number of log files: 30 - Minutes to use log file: 5
