In Exchange 2007
Go to your Exchange Management Console
Go to Organization Configuration > Hub Transport > Accepted Domains
Add an Accepted Domain:
sharepoint.use-less-fluppis.com and choose it to be an External Relay Domain.
Go to the Send Connectors tab
Add a Send Connector:
Intended use: InternetAddress space: sharepoint.use-less-fluppis.com
Network Settings: Route mail through the following smart hosts: FQDN: server01.use-less-fluppis.local
Source Server: choose a Exchange 2007 server
